Craft Cocktail Class Infuses Local Plants & Herbs

Highly entertaining mixology class and sampling in a gorgeous garden setting.

Fine spirits. Local plants and herbs. Creative mixology. Shake well and garnish with just a splash of sass. Voilà! You have Articulture’s first “Craft Cocktails in the Garden” class.

Internationally acclaimed food and drink expert and speaker, Claudia Alarcón, will present five original and wonderfully delicious cocktails. She’ll demonstrate each cocktail step-by-step, with expert advice and tricks of the trade – like spanking your herbs, and making quick infused syrups.

Local plants and herbs will be featured in each cocktail, with helpful pointers on how you can grow these items on your own. Each guest will get their own recipe cards to take home. The plant and herb ingredients featured will also be available in the Articulture garden boutique for anyone wanting to get started on their “cocktail garden” right away!
