Refund Policy for Articulture Classes & Events

This policy applies to classes and events hosted or co-hosted by Articulture Designs. If the event in question is presented by another organization, and Articulture is simply the location of their event, please refer to that organization’s refund policy.

Greater than 7-Day Notice:

With advanced notice greater than seven days, we can issue a full refund if you are no longer able to attend the class or event. You also have the option to use as credit for another class or item, but a refund is also available.

Within 2-7 Days:

Life happens! We understand. If a conflict arises between 2-7 days of the class, we will issue you credit in the amount of your purchased ticket(s). This credit can be used for another class/event, an online purchase of any item, or an in-store purchase of any item in the boutique.

Within 24 Hours:

There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours. Classes and events require prep work and expenses, of both materials and time, based on each ticket sold.

Sold Out Classes/Events:

There are no refunds for sold out classes. We often sell out and run a wait list for our classes. Thus, if you do not show up, we missed the opportunity to open your spot for another attendee.

Weather Postponement:

Most classes and events are held outdoors in the beautiful, shaded Articulture gardens. Outdoor heaters are used in cases of cold weather. In the case of light rain, the class will continue in one of our covered areas. If a forecast appears especially uncooperative due to heavy storms or winds, we may reschedule the class for a later date. Events typically have a stated rain date in advance.

We will notify you ahead of time via the email used to purchase the ticket if the class or event is being postponed due to weather. You will have the choice to (A) keep your spot for the rescheduled date, (B) use your credit for another class or boutique purchase, or (C) receive a full refund if you are not able to make the rain date or rescheduled date. 

Please note:

  • For options B or C, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of notification of weather postponement was sent to receive the refund or credit. Otherwise, standard refund policies outlined above apply.

  • For option (A), you are not required to contact us, but certainly may! Your ticket(s) automatically pass through to the scheduled make-up date. Standard refund policies outlined above apply.
