Craft Cocktails in the Garden

THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT.

Hope you can join us next time!

Fine spirits. Local plants and herbs. Creative mixology. Shake well and garnish with just a splash of sass. Back by popular demand, this cocktail class has sold out the last two times presented....so get your tickets today!

Join us for this exploration in craft cocktail mixology with CuisineXplorers’ internationally acclaimed food and drink expert, Claudia Alarcon.

Claudia will present five original, inventive, and wonderfully delicious cocktails. She’ll demonstrate each cocktail step-by-step, with expert advice and tricks of the trade -- like spanking your herbs and making quick infused syrups.  Recipe cards will be provided, so you’ll leave with the ability to easily recreate each craft cocktail at home.

Local plants and herbs will be featured in each cocktail, with helpful pointers on how you can grow these items on your own. Each guest will get their own recipe cards to take home. The plant and herb ingredients featured will also be available in the Articulture garden boutique for anyone wanting to get started on their “cocktail garden” right away!

Each ticket ($40)  includes sampling of 5 cocktails, light snacks, recipe cards, class and technique instruction, and a one-of-a-kind experience in a beautiful Austin garden.

Designated driver tickets also available ($5), which includes snacks, soft drinks, technique instruction, and recipe cards.
